Terms of Service
The service
Prush is a marketplace where artists publish portfolios and businesses post briefs and commission original work. Prush facilitates the connection and the payment; the artist and the business are the parties to each commission.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Artists must only post work they created or have the right to show.
Commissions and payment
Businesses fund milestones into escrow before work starts. Funds are released to the artist when a milestone is approved. Prush deducts a flat platform fee of [8%] from the artist's payout. Unstarted milestones may be refunded per the terms agreed at kickoff.
Licensing
Usage rights for each commission are set in the brief and attached to the agreement before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, the artist retains copyright and grants the business the license described there.
Conduct
No harassment, no plagiarism, no attempts to move an Prush-originated commission off-platform to avoid fees. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
